As our aged population continues to grow in numbers, with people often living healthier and longer lives. Most of Our Elders wish to live at home where they feel secure and comfortable, yet this can cause many strains and problems for family members and carers.
Family and friends trying to help may suddenly be faced with new “caregiver” responsibilities and choices that can be complex, time consuming and emotional in nature. For caregivers these new responsibilities may further stress already very hectic and demanding lives. Sometimes, there just doesn’t seem to be enough information, time or energy to do what you know should be done for your loved one. Our Skilled Elder Care Managers will offer that Advice, Information and Management of Crisis Situations to Families.

Do I need an Elder Care Manager?
As Elder Care Managers, we provide families and their older relatives with options to ensure their lives remain as  independent as possible with the right supports in place, action in times of crisis, working  with and maximising supports from Helath Service providers both Private and Public.
When deciding if our services would support you and your family you should evaluate whether you have the time, inclination, or skills to manage the challenges of caring for your elderly relative.

If you are not sure, we, as qualified nurses with years of experience in Care of the Elderly will be able to help you by providing Independent, Expert Advice. 


Questions that you may wish to Consider when Deciding if our Services would Benifit your Family:


  • Are the problems that you or your loved ones are facing becoming larger and more complex than you can comfortably manage?

  • Are other demands and responsibilities now so great that you are not able to provide the desired level of supervision and attention to your loved one’s problems?

  • Is it difficult to discuss issues relating to the care of your loved one with them or other family members?

  • Are you worried about your elderly relatives ability to remain saftely in their own home?

  • Do you feel your loved one is getting forgetful and are not really sure how to handle  it?

  • Would you like to ensure the Care Centre where your relative resides is providing the highest standards of care?

  • When looking into Residential of Supported Living Centres we can provide expert advice

  • Home Care Packages provide for our elders to live at home with the necessary supports. We ensure these packages are delivered to the highest standards. monitoring and reporting on them and ensuring changes are made in a timely fashion when and where necessary.

  • A diagnosis of Alzhimers or Dementia can be frightening for both the Patient and their Relatives. Our Elder Care Managers provide both support and advice in delaing effectively with all aspects of  this diagnosis.

  • Is your relative due for discharge from an Acute Hospital but you don’t know what to do? We offer Advice and Options on discharge. We will work with the discharge co-ordinator to ensure the best results.
